For example, you'll need to think about when and where you'll be working out, what foods to eat, how much to eat, and how to prepare them. Starting with a specific goal and detailed plan can help you implement the changes you need to help you eat healthier and be more active. Part 1 - Improving Your Diet 1 → Do a food recall. Eating healthier is a great goal, but a broad one.
